For clubs and organizations looking to host an Athletics Manitoba sanctioned track meet, please review the Conditions of Sanction linked below.

Once a decision has been made to host an event – you may then complete the online sanctioning request form. Request’s must be submitted on time (see notes below) in order to ensure Athletics Manitoba staff have time to review and submit any other requests (ex: para and world sanctioning).

• Bronze Level Sanctioning must be submitted so they are received a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of the competition.
• If applying for World Athletics Sanctioning (Silver, Gold & Platinum Levels) must be submitted a minimum of 75 days prior to the date of the competition.
