Being injured is no fun at all. Sport is so much more enjoyable and rewarding when you feel strong, supple, and energetic. This seminar is for the Masters athlete of any discipline who is interested in training and recovering in a way that maximizes their chances of staying healthy and injury-free. Join Carolyn Coffin, Health and Running Coach, and former Physiotherapist, as she discusses her philosophy on putting together training plans, with a focus on injury prevention.
