Manitoba Marathon Course Marshals

As many know, the Manitoba Marathon takes place on Father’s day, Sunday June 17th. With over 10,000 runners, 1500 volunteers and an estimated 50,000 spectators, it is the province’s largest annual mass participation event.

This year, on Sunday, June 17th there is an increase need for volunteers. Course Marshals work to manage traffic ensuring that runners have a safe running experience. Time commitments vary by neighbourhood.

Please CLICK HERE to access the Manitoba Marathon sign up page, if you are interested in participating as a course marshal. Available locations can be searched by neighbourhood and then street intersection. If you have any questions, please contact Manitoba Marathon at running@manitobamarathon.mb.ca

We encourage neighbourhoods to bring signs and noise makers to help cheer on runners as well.
