Spectator/Coach/Athlete Maps with specific instructions for each group. Please read carefully.

Please check the Final Schedule carefully as there have been some changes from the tentative schedule, especially the start times of some races. They could be up to an hour earlier that what was indicated on the tentative schedule.

Please note the following:

1)  We have combined the U12 and U14 age groups into one race for both Women and Men 

2)  Because of the number of entries in the U16 and U18 Men’s races we have had to go to two sections for each age group.

3)  The Masters Women will start their race at the same time as the Senior Women

Due to COVID-19 and event number maximums, EVERYBODY attending the Cross Country races, including all coaches, volunteers, officials and spectators  need to register online, so Race Directors know exactly the number of people that will be at the venue. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There is a limit of one spectator per family in order to stay within the allowable numbers.

Please ensure the COVID Waiver, the applicable Liability Waiver and Medical Questionnaire are downloaded and completed and brought to the Race. Thanks.
